Our Team

BMO Creative was founded by two industry professionals whose expertise brings together storytelling and experience design.

Chris brings a multidisciplinary background in creative content, brand communication, photography, and visual storytelling. His work focuses on transforming ideas into compelling experiences through narrative and design.

Bernice has over a decade of experience in the themed entertainment industry and previously served in key design management roles at Thinkwell. Her expertise spans experience design, project development, and creative leadership for location-based entertainment projects.

Together, they combine creative vision with industry expertise to transform stories into meaningful experiences and successful destinations.
